How Can sneezing Along With Runny Nose Be Treated?

Helo doctor am having sneezing with running nose, cant eat anythng mild shiwerring in night while driving my bike & also mild headache &body pain wat medications should i take am 23/M Am having my university exams in 2 days sugest me a nice medication bcz i cant even concentrate in my studies

helli dear ,
i understood your concern,
rhinorrhea, head ache ,cold ,body pains can be due to sinusitis .
for better advice u need to need to meet ent specialist.
for now temporarily you can take paracetmol 500mg tablets trice a day for pain or any fewer.
and nasal decongestant that containing phenyephrine or ctrizene twice a day for your rhinorrhea.problem will be solved.

if it is recurrent meet an ent specialist.
